This could happen by training each Teacher in Life Skills, Communication Skills, Developing Confidence and Personality Development in each Individual through our Integrated Training.
Vishwa Montessori, Nursery and Kindergarten Teacher Training aims at imparting Adequate Knowledge of the Subject, enhance the Quality of teaching through improvising a Teacher’s Expressive Communication with Confidence and Positive Attitude.
We at Vishwa Montessori, Nursery and Kindergarten Teacher Training focuses on upgrading Skills in Language, Computers, Presentation, Demonstration, Creativity and to understand various Psychological factors of the Child at their Early Childhood.
Our Integrated Training helps the Teachers to gain Confidence in Oneself and in the Concept, through Learning, Exhibiting multiple Demo Sessions in Live Classrooms among Students.
Education is for Individual but the affects is Societal. We focus on Teacher’s Intellectual Growth by various Theory and Practical, Live Sessions and Outdoor visit to Schools. Our Integrated Approach has given a choice to the Teacher to teach Montessori and Kindergarten Methodology to benefit the Students according to their Pace, Interest, Understanding, Eligibility, Capacity, Caliber and various other factors which challenges the Teachers and Parents when they guide or teach their Children or Students.

The Visionary behind Vishwa Montessori, Nursery and Kindergarten Teacher Training Institute, is passionate about Teaching and exploring the needs of every Child like Love, Curiosity, Creativity and Psychological expressions. After her long experience and deep understanding, she has structured and uplifted the Curriculum which supports every kind of Child for Physical, Behavioral and Psychological Development. She has dedicated her Life towards shaping every Teacher who will help every Student to be successful and Great Human.
Background
Sushma holds a B. Com, MBA degree (Marketing) and trained in Montessori and Nursery Teacher Training Course having an experience of 22 years in various fields in which 12 years of experience is in the field of Education.
Her journey into the world of Montessori and Kindergarten education began in 2011. Through her journey, she has experienced and realized that the Early Childhood Education is not all about Theory, Concepts or Academics.
Early Childhood Learning is all about practicality and a sense of feeling in their learning. She being the founder and Principal of Darling Buds Pre School has designed the Curriculum, Incorporated Speaking Skills, Practical Knowledge, Sensorial Learning, Life Skills, Behavioral Management, Values and Ethics with Physical Development.
She believes Children should be nurtured through Love, Joy, Excitement, Creativity and Explore their surroundings in their own way in Foundational Years.

Background
Sonia Bansal holds a B. Com, MBA (Finance), M. Phil degree having an overall experience of 15 years in the field of Education. Her journey into the world of Montessori and Kindergarten education began in 2019.
She believes to establish within a Child the Intellectual, Emotional and Physical Rigor which is needed to become a self-directed Learner, Flexible Thinker, Creative Problem Solver and support their ever-increasing curiosity about the world in which they live.
